Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (or the business you represent) and [To be confirmed: registered company name]. By creating an account or using GrowthX, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy also apply.

GrowthX provides ready-made business apps by subscription, together with a GrowthX account for managing your subscriptions, invoices, payments and support. We host, update and back up the apps for you.

• You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms on behalf of your business.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account and the staff logins you create.
• Tell us promptly if you think your account has been misused.

New apps start with a 14-day free trial. No payment details are needed to start. If you don't choose a plan when the trial ends, the app is paused, not deleted, so you can come back to it.

• Plans are charged per app, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on our pricing page when you subscribe. Taxes: [To be confirmed: whether prices include GST or GST is added].
• Subscriptions renew automatically through our payment provider until you cancel.
• If a payment fails, we will let you know and retry. If it is still unpaid after [To be confirmed: grace period], the app may be paused until payment is made.
• Plan changes apply from your next billing cycle.
• We will give you notice before changing the price of an existing subscription.

You can cancel at any time from your account. How cancellation and refunds work is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Use GrowthX only for lawful business purposes.
• Don't try to access other customers' data, disrupt the service, or get around security or usage limits.
• Don't resell or sublicense the apps except through our sales partner programme.

The business data you put into your apps belongs to you. You can export it at any time, including after you cancel. How long we keep it after cancellation: [To be confirmed: data retention after cancellation].
