1. What we deliver
GrowthX sells online business apps by subscription. Everything is delivered over the internet. We do not ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.
2. When you get access
- When you sign up, we set up your app automatically. It is usually ready within [To be confirmed: typical setup time], and your account shows its progress.
- Your 14-day free trial starts as soon as you sign up.
- When you pay for a plan, your access continues without interruption. Paid add-ons are available as soon as payment is confirmed.
3. How you get access
You open your app from your GrowthX account using “Open my app”. We also email you at the address you signed up with when your app is ready. Invoices and receipts are available in your account and sent by email.
4. If something goes wrong
If your app cannot be set up, or you cannot reach it after paying, contact us and we will fix it. If we cannot provide the service you paid for, you are entitled to a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
